Welcome to Real Vibes! The Backyard LLC. We look forward to hosting your special event. We offer you a 40’x 16’ pool that is beach entry on one end and 6’3” at its deepest end. Our pool is children friendly with a built in ledge. The pool house has a seating area with tv and one 1/2 bath and one full bath. The outdoor kitchen has plenty space for gathering and entertaining. There are NO Life Guards on Duty. All children must be supervised by an adult. Babies must wear swim pampers and all children who are incapable of swimming must wear swim assist vest or arm floats. NO glass allowed in or near the pool. Please use paper or plastic cups. NO food or drinks in the pool. ABSOLUTELY, NO Glitter or Confetti permitted on property, (not in balloons or otherwise as it never goes away.) You are responsible for leaving the property as you receive it. We ask that when booking your event you book enough time for setting up decorating and for tear downs and clean up. Our bookings are back to back. There’s NO grace period. Give yourself enough time to cleanup. ALL trash/garbage MUST be removed and taken with you. A cleaning fee of $250 will be added to your reservation if property isn’t cleaned prior to you leaving. We reserve the rights to ask any unruly, intoxicated, or problematic guests to leave our property. NO Weapons of any kind are permitted on our property, not even in your vehicles. We DO NOT allow party promoters under any circumstances. Our property is reserved for family and friends celebrations, corporate events, photo shoots, etc. Absolutely, No Social Media Blast Parties.
