Welcome to Real Vibes! The Backyard LLC. We look forward to hosting your special event. We offer you a 40’x 16’ pool that is beach entry on one end and 6’3” at its deepest end. Our pool is children friendly with a built in ledge. The pool house offers an air conditioned seating space with tv, a wet bar with full refrigerator. There’s also a full bathroom with shower plus an additional half bath. The outdoor kitchen has plenty space for gathering and entertaining. Our main living space (home) is NOT included as apart of the rental. Upon arrival, all guests will be given a wristband. Wristbands will reflect the number of guests paid for and or the price tiered paid for. All guests are asked to park alongside the wooden fence just left of entering the gate. There are NO Life Guards on Duty. All children must be supervised by an adult. Babies must wear swim pampers and all children who are incapable of swimming must wear swim assist vest or arm floats. NO glass allowed in or near the pool. Please use paper or plastic cups. NO food or drinks in the pool. ABSOLUTELY, NO Glitter or Confetti permitted on property, (not in balloons or otherwise as it never goes away.) The fire pit area offers a relaxing and tranquil vibe. Please do not remove the gravel stones nor bring them into the pool area nor pool. You are responsible for leaving the property as you receive it. We ask that when booking your event you book enough time to set up your decorations and enough time to tear down decorations and clean up. Our bookings are back to back. There’s NO grace period. Give yourself enough time to cleanup. It is imperative that you have a clear understanding that ALL trash/garbage accumulated MUST be removed from bins and taken with you at the end of your booking. We will not be responsible for discarding of your trash/garbage unless you have selected to add the cleaning fee of $300 to your booking.
