Welcome to Real Vibes! The Backyard. We look forward to hosting your special event. We offer you a 40’x 16’ pool that is beach entry on one end and 6’3” at its deepest end. Our pool is children friendly with a built-in ledge. The pool house offers an air-conditioned seating space with tv, a wet bar with full refrigerator. There’s also a full bathroom with shower plus an additional half bath. The outdoor kitchen has plenty space for gathering and entertaining. The main living area and the two-story units are not part of the rental. Upon arrival, all guests will be given a wristband. Wristbands will indicate the number of attendees covered and the price tier paid for. All guests are asked to park alongside the wooden fence just left of entering the gate. No lifeguards are on duty, so all children must be supervised by an adult. Babies need to wear swim diapers, and any child who cannot swim must use a swim vest or arm floats. No glass is allowed in or near the pool—please use paper or plastic cups instead. Food and drinks are not permitted in the pool. Absolutely no glitter or confetti is allowed anywhere on the property including in balloons, as it never goes away. The fire pit area has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Please avoid removing the gravel stones or bringing them into the pool area or pool. Please make sure to leave the property in the same condition you found it. When booking your event, allow enough time for setting up and taking down decorations, as well as cleaning up afterward. Our schedule is back-to-back with no grace period, so be sure to reserve enough time to handle clean up. Please be aware that all trash and garbage must be removed from bins and taken with you at the end of your booking. We won’t be responsible for disposing of it unless you’ve added the $300 cleaning fee to your booking.
