We operate the hot tub from an app, so let us know when you want to fire it up!

Shower

Master bathroom with shower is accessible from pool, with its own door. No need to walk through the house, you’ll have a private door. Please leave used towels in the tub.

Grill

Gas grill, not propane so it won’t run out! Grill and dining table are located on the deck around the corner from the pool, so the pool is not visible.

Dog

A dog is welcome who is well behaved and doesn’t shed too much. Fur clogs filters so we need to add this qualifier. Please pick up dog poop and discard in alley trash. Price is per dog.

Large floating lounger

See photo: green and white curved inflatable great for staying out of the water if you just want to float. Not recommended for kids. Note: damage will incur $25 fee amenity added.

Damage control

You can add this if needed. Accidents happen! Let’s discuss it first to determine if this is necessary. For Umbrellas, chairs and large floaties. Larger problems get handled by the team at Swimply, but we’ve never had any problems at our pool. So placing this amenity “just in case.”
