Easy access to grocery stores for those missing items ..lots of room to hang out while not swimming .. a perfect get away from home . You have a 20x40 covered space that can accommodate 60 ppl ..there is also a 85” tv under that space for those trying to catch a game or watch old family videos while the others enjoy the pool.. There is also a 15x40 turf area for those trying to lay down and catch a tan .. or just relax on the floor like you where at a park or lake .. while you enjoy watching the family play in the pool .. There is also 6 pool chairs for you to sit comfortably while watching everyone have a amazing time . This space was built to hold our family gatherings . We come from a large family .. so we built it paying attention to the necessities to host large parties for kids and adults .. you won’t feel crowded.. EXTRA CHARGES : There will be a additional $50.00 charge if the pool area is not left clean or sanitary upon departure . While we offer a bathroom to our lovely clients .The shower is a PAID amenity . If the clients uses the shower without having paid the appropriate amount shown on Swimply will also be charged ..
