About the pool

Our lovely home is set on a 1.5 acre parcel yet very close to downtown Grass Valley.

Please note this is a large size cement pool likely built in the 80's.

It is well maintained weekly by a local pool company, but because of its age there is some discoloration on the pool floor. I took a close up picture for reference.

I welcome parties and events for both adults and children. Please reach out to discuss!

There will be access to 1 restroom indoors but I request it is used sparingly and to kindly dry off before entering the house. Smoking is allowed in the back of the property, near to where you would park, but not in the pool area. Alcohol in moderation is fine, but please use common sense. Also, glass is not allowed anywhere near the pool area.
