Ultra-private pool & garden oasis on wooded acre tucked away in quiet south San Marcos. Only 1 miles from IH35 & 10 minutes from downtown SMTX Enjoy crisp, refreshing water all summer long with special aerator fountain that keeps pool cool even on the hottest days. (Fountain can be on or off for your event) You’ll have access to a private restroom /changing room located on porch. Enjoy our spacious patio areas including outdoor dining tables, hammock & trampoline. Booking includes exclusive access to our turf soccer field & a training session/soccer tennis match with our resident accredited youth soccer coach can be added for a fee. (Great activity for the kids to give adults some chill time in the pool :) Included with booking: fans set up in pool area, trash & recycling bins, ice chest w/ ice, charcoal grill (coals ready when you arrive + utensils for a fee). We will be onsite but will completely honor your privacy by staying out of yard /pool areas & closing all blinds to house. Pool cannot be seen from street or by bordering neighbors yards.
