This space is great for casual social, friends, and family gatherings as well as providing a great mixed atmosphere of business and break while hosting work retreats or seminars for small businesses, executive leadership teams, off site meetings, and presentations to potential or existing partners/ investors. The conference lounge is equipped with audio & video system easily accessible and compatible to any device and has the capacity to accommodate 15 - 20 people comfortably depending on desired configuration of the space. If golf if your pleasure, take a walk down to the corner of the street where residence is located and play a quick 9 holes on the beautiful greens of Eastlyn Golf Course and then back to location for refreshments, team wrap up, or an afternoon/ evening swim.
