About the pool

Large heated and very private pool with comfy lounge chairs and lots of floats. Shallow swim deck for play or lounging. Deep-end for swimming or exercise. Pool is large enough for swimming laps (40'x16'). Pool also gets lots of sun, and umbrellas are available for shade. Pool has a basketball net and volleyball net. Guests have access to charcoal Weber kettle, wood firepit. Plenty of seating. Large grass area to play washers or cornhole. Guests also have access to driveway adjustable basketball net next to pool. Bring towels, food, drinks (no glass, please) and enjoy! Guest can use bathroom just inside back door of hosts home.

Pool is not heated when wether is consistently above 85 degrees. If you would like me to warm the pool up for early morning or evening swims or just because you like a warmer pool please add this amenity. Otherwise I try to keep temp around 85 degrees.

1. Smoking - If smoking cigarettes, please notify host and a container will be provided to dispose all cigarette butts in so I can keep pool area clean. 2. No glass of any kind, can be in or around the pool area. 3. Pets - Please confirm with host before bringing pets. 4. Non-potty trained children - Every child not completely potty-trained must wear a snug fitting reusable swim diaper/rubber pants over their disposable swim diapers.
