We have a separate package dedicated to parties. Please sign our separate agreement to lock in the event. We will email that directly to you. Please note, however, that all communication will be through swimply. Rules: Please be mindful that this is our private home. We love to host, but for this to work, we expect our guests to treat our home as their own. Amplified sound must end by 10 pm ET. All approved vendors must have valid licenses to operate in Georgia. All guests must enter through the side fence directly next to the house. Please do not ring our doorbell. All guests must park along the right side of the street (to the right of the house if you are looking toward the street); no one should park in the cul de sac. No parking in our driveway If liquor is provided, you must hire a bartender to serve Event rentals must go through us or our approved vendors. Everything (including trash) must be removed from the backyard at the end of your event. DJ allowed (approval needed) Not Allowed: No Live music or band Illegal drugs Glass Bottles Underage drinking. All parties with kids must sign a release of liability if liquor is allowed on-site for adults.
