Fair Oaks Oasis Saltwater Pool - With Private Bathroo

Welcome to your "staycation" at our beautiful Fair Oaks home! Our backyard is our pride and joy. Our yard is a great location for swimming, sunbathing, parties, baby or bridal showers, weddings and any other gathering! Our home has a large fenced in yard with lots of greenery and privacy. Plenty of places to sit, sunbathe, play games etc. New this year: ***Our pool is now solar heated so you can enjoy warm water earlier in the spring and later in the fall! ***misters on the upper patio for those really hot days ***and also an outdoor solar shower!*** We love pups around here. They do require us to do extra cleaning, so If you want to bring a pup to swim, don't forget to add them as an amenity. $30-$60 (depending on size and hair length). Also- If you have a long haired dog we ask that you book the last spot of the day. (after 3pm) If your dog is not swimming they are still welcome to come at no charge! Any alcohol must be consumed responsibly. No underage drinking allowed and no glass near the pool. Please use caution and good sense. Any additional guests that increases your reserved guest count will need to be added and paid for before or during the reservation. Our pool is solar heated and is plenty warm during late spring and summer months. You can always check in and ask what the current pool temp is! You can also opt to heat the hot tub for $15/hour We are a BIPOC and LGBTQ+ welcoming space! We look forward to hosting you! Message me if you have any questions!
