•Max guests is 6 adults. 2 additional children 12 and under are allowed.
•Guest agrees to honor the City Rules.
•Smoking or vaping is fine - outside only.
•Pool fee is $100 per day (no cost for Jacuzzi which is kept at 101).
•Property has 3 security cameras - front door, carport door, and backyard. No cameras inside.
•3 cars max.
•Pets are welcome! Pet fee is $125 per pet, 2 pets max.
•Photoshoots/filming allowed if approved in advance.
•Events allowed ONLY with approved city permit and fees.
