Luxurious Loft-style Filming, Podcasting, & Live Music Performance Space

Experience luxury podcasting, filming, or recording at "The Mezzanine" in Glendale, CA, offering a 750 square-foot loft-style space for various creative projects. Location, Hours, & Parking: Conveniently located near Los Feliz Blvd. and San Fernando Road, with ample street parking and up to 8 reserved spots in our private lot. Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm Sat & Sun: By Appointment Please note a 2-hour minimum for bookings. The General Setup: "The Mezzanine" features wooden acoustic treatment, a large sectional sofa, accent chairs, plants, musical instruments, and a height-adjustable wooden table. Equipped for podcasts with (3) Blackmagic cameras, Sigma Cine Lenses, and (4) Sennheiser lavalier microphones, the space is clean, acoustically treated, and has professional lighting. Audio Only Podcasts: Allow 15-20 minutes for setup, with an engineer available for assistance during recording. Audio & Video Podcasts: Allow 30 minutes for setup, with an additional 15 minutes for first-time users. Our engineers will guide you through the setup. Producer Viewing Room, Bathrooms, & Dining Area: Adjacent spaces are available for producers, crew, or guests. We have 2 bathrooms (1 with shower), a Green Room/Lounge, and a small kitchen & dining area. Audio & Video Files: We provide isolated recordings of each microphone and camera, along with a stereo track. You can bring a USB jump drive or portable hard drive, or we can send you a download link via WeTransfer. The Neighborhood: Near Atwater Village, offering a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, bars, and more, perfect for exploring after your session.
