Luxury Heated Saltwater Aquatic Paradise

A beautiful, private* heated saltwater pool, seated on a half acre with lots of sunlight, a comfortable, pergola-covered seating area with table, a large umbrella for shade (if desired!) a high-top bar/table with stools, 2 lounger chairs, and many free amenities! Enjoy a poolside picnic or a mealtime gathering, taking advantage of a brand new fridge/freezer to keep your food and drinks cold the entire time! We will have it stocked with cold, refreshing bottled water for you to enjoy during your visit (complementary!) Our large play structure/swing set makes our yard particularly family-friendly, should your party include children. We are happy to set up a water table station, with multiple water tables and toys ahead of time for you as well! We have a new, clean portable washroom! It has a circulating flush tank, as well as a sink! It is thoroughly cleaned after every booking, and serviced weekly. We primarily host small groups and families, as our pool area isn’t massive, most comfortably suiting groups of 10 or fewer. As such, we keep our rates for small groups as low as we can! Hosting a party or special event? If you have a group that exceeds 10 people, it will be beyond the capacity of our gated pool area. We may still be able to accommodate the group, but it means that some of the guests will be utilizing the yard area outside of the gated pool area. With notice, we can set up tables in the yard. We love hosting and sharing our space with others, and will do our best to make you feel welcome, comfortable and at home! *A note on privacy: Our pool is fairly private. There is a view of the pool area from the main floor of the house, but we keep the curtains closed to give guests their privacy.
