Heated pool with amazing outdoor space!

Enjoy our heated saltwater pool - maximum depth is 8' - 0" with a large "shallow" area for playing in as well. Fully enclosed pool area includes plenty of room for sitting/laying out with great sun! There is no smoking (including vaping) or any alcohol allowed on the property at any time  The rental includes use of the entire backyard space which includes the following - fully shaded pergola area with two large picnic tables, propane grill, stand alone hot tub, hammock, and double swing. Enjoy the custom one-of-a-kind playground, 1000 sq ft artificial turf putting green, artificial turf playing area, and basketball court. Includes use of a private bathroom (separate from the main house). We do have an Airbnb rental on the property and in the event we have Airbnb rentals the outdoor space with the outside amenities listed above may not be available; the bathroom WILL NOT be available. The only area you may be able to rent will be the swimming pool itself. The rate does not change based on availability of amenities  When you send in your request to rent we will let you know status of amenities and restroom prior to booking. There is parking for up to three cars on site with free public parking literally next door.
