Welcome to your new favorite backyard hangout! We recently installed new turf near the pool. Our chill and cozy backyard oasis is ready for your next get-together. We’ve got a spacious 30x20 covered patio with ceiling fans to keep you cool, plus a private restroom right there for convenience. A new full size fridge was also added! Free items to use at our pool: Pool floats Goggles Sunscreen SPF 50 OFF Mosquito repellent WiFi Food spices (salt/pepper/fajita seasoning etc) Lighter Just to name a few. Bring whatever you want to make your day easier such as food, catering, drinks, alcohol, cake, yard games, decorations, piñatas, snow cone machine, the backyard is all yours to make it your own party spot! There’s plenty of room for fun stuff like a moon bounce or other games. The space comes with four 6-foot tables and 24 chairs, two couches, two Adirondack lawn chairs, two lounger chairs, and two umbrellas over the back tables, plenty of spots and shade for everyone to hang out. If you want, bring extra canopies, tables, and chairs, or grab our add-on amenity for more folding tables and chairs to fit your crew. Oh, and the pool? It’s awesome!
