About the pool

**Added a covered patio with ceiling fans and closed in restroom/shower. Also added a wooden deck behind the pool. more pictures soon!***

Come have an afternoon picnic and enjoy the day to relax and swim in this newer modern pool. Or you can host a party of up to 55 guests.

You can bring your own food, catering, drinks, alcohol, cake, yard games and decorations.

Restroom/shower and changing room on site in the backyard. Plenty of room to bring a moon bounce or other games.

The space includes two 6ft dinner patio tables with 12 chairs, 2 couches, 2 lawn adirondack chairs, 3 lounge chairs, 2 smaller chairs and 2 umbrellas.

You are welcome to bring extra canopies, tables and chairs or you can purchase the amenity for extra folding tables and chairs.

Pool has a tanning ledge and is 3 ft to 5.6 feet deep at the high end.
