Our 32-acre estate provides a tranquil retreat with an in-ground pool and a 5-acre pond for catch-and-release fishing, both available for summer rentals. Guests can enjoy various amenities designed for their pleasure. The pool, consistently 5 feet deep, is one of the many luxuries we offer. Our estate features several fireplaces, including one for a cozy log fire, perfect for relaxation, and another in the gazebo, complete with a propane fire table. For convenience, a refrigerator is provided to chill drinks and snacks, nestled within the private curtains of the gazebo, which also houses a fan and lights for intimate evenings. Adjacent to the fireplace, guests have access to a 3.2 cubic foot refrigerator and comfortable seating during pool hours. Lounging chairs are available for those who wish to bask in the sun. Whether it's an informal gathering, swimming lessons, a corporate event, a wedding, or any other celebration, we are dedicated to personalizing our services to ensure your event is truly memorable. Any amenities or use of the property being disrespected at any time during the rental period will result in the immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of any deposits. FYi: Presence of recording devices/cameras Security cameras and recording devices are used to ensure the safety, security, and collection of evidence of any potential damages that may occur on-site. The use of cameras is permitted as long as they are disclosed and not concealed, and both parties provide their consent to their usage. In the event that the renter requests the deactivation of all recording devices, the renter will incur an additional fee for the presence of a site representative.
