While we do offer to heat the pool for a fee, it naturally sits at 84 degrees When in the pool area you are in complete privacy, not a single neighbor’s home is in sight! *Accessible by boat, 3 minute walk from community riverfront. Boat parking available. We can fully accommodate those who cover for religious reasons. Plans can be made so that no men will be on the property before and during booking. Those under 21 years of age are not permitted to drink or smoke on the property. For insurance and monetary purposes, you must book for the exact amount of people that will be in attendance. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. You may edit the amount of attendees any time before and during your booking. If there is any fighting, loud arguing or any out-of-control behavior, your booking will be cancelled and you will be refunded. For those bringing furry friends, please ensure that they don’t bark for prolonged periods of time. There is absolutely no jumping onto floaties unless you bring your own.
