About the pool

Looking to share my outdoor space with those that don't have it and need to cool off in the summer! You will have the privacy of the whole backyard. Yard is fully fenced it and optional use of the hot tub, a grill. Bathrooms will be inside depending on how many guests. There will be an outdoor bathroom available for bigger parties.

There will be a designated smoking section at the high top table or anywhere in the grass. Please do not smoke on or near furniture. No water balloons!!! No decorative balloons! NO GLASS!! Beverages should be in plastic bottles or cans only! I will give 1` warning when I see it. The second will be ending the party with no refund. This is Swimply’s policy.
