Westside Oasis: diving/slide/shade/VIEWS🌄

Beautiful semi-private and very clean west side home with mountain views from all sides as well beautiful city views at night. Come have a party or cool off day or night in our 8 foot deep pool that has a diving board and a slide. You will also find a sitting bench and a lounge chair as well as a 10 foot cantilever umbrella for shade. Inside the pool area there is a round table with four chairs and another umbrella with solar lighting as well. Just outside the pool gate on the pavers you will find another table with six chairs and a huge umbrella also with solar lighting. Plenty of seating and shade for your group ☂️ ☀️ In the evenings you can view the city lights or star gaze. The property is surrounded by a block wall with natural desert vegetation surrounding it. Butterflies 🦋 frequent the area and it is not uncommon to see coyote, quail, Javelina, hawks, rabbits and numerous other creatures here in the beautiful Arizona desert 🌵 The pool is located in a very clean backyard surrounded by cool decking and is fully gated. Just outside the gate is a large paver area where you can entertain with additional tables and chairs and play Corn Hole or shoot some hoops in basketball. This area is also fenced. Our pool is perfect for all occasions such as birthday parties, photo shoots, exercise, physical therapy, night swims, and relaxation. In the mornings, we have sunshine throughout the backyard, and in the afternoons, the entertaining area has an abundance of shade as the backyard faces East. Just a few things to note: ☀️ Please be advised that the slide should be limited to people 175 pounds or less and one person at a time. ☀️ When booking make sure to review all amenities and chose the ones you want so they will be available for your event. ☀️ Smoking and/or alcohol is allowed and we are also 420 friendly if that’s your thing.
