About the pool

Beautifully landscaped, luxury, pool, and Jacuzzi with custom-built slide. Extra amenities for use include fire pit, bbq island for cooking, trampoline and basketball hoop for play, pool towels and toys for convenience. Outdoor speaker use is available along with pool loungers and outdoor furniture free of charge, with extra party furniture available for rental. Perfect location close to beach, but without the marine layer and plenty of street parking. It is open to book for health and wellness events as well as parties, and we've had several successful yoga and sound baths hosted here. Enjoy for daycation, parties, or events year-round as pool heating is always available. Please note restroom is only available for bookings over 2 hrs.

Heated Pool

The pool is solar heated, and will naturally get 7° higher than outside temperature for free. If you would like it heated with gas to a higher temperature, there is an extra flat fee associated for gas used to heat.

Wi-Fi password given for speaker use but must download Sonos app and be technologically savvy enough to use on your own. No technical support provided. A how-to link on how to use will be sent if requesting speakers. No use past 10 pm or before 9 am.
