Security personnel is required with the presence of alcohol starting from 5PM until the end of your booking time. 1 guard is required per every 50 guests. This rate applies to business hours (until 10PM).

Freight Elevator Access

Available on weekdays from 8AM-5:30PM, and on Saturday from 8AM-12PM. If freight access is needed outside of these hours, it is a $500 fee to have the additional personnel to operate it.

Refundable Cleaning Fee

This is added when booking and will be refunded if you handle trash disposal, return furniture to place, remove all decorations, re-stack up tables and chairs, and clean spills. If you’re unable to do these, our team can handle it and we’ll keep the fee.
