You’ll have access to a private bathroom. This space is great for small weddings. Photos. Engagement parties. Birthday parties, and any other fun gathering!

Heat Lamps

Propane and electric extra large heat lamps are available upon request.

The outdoor kitchen has a large barn sink and traditional faucet, also equipped with a 2- burner gas stainless steel cooktop and moderate refrigerator.

No climbing on trees, or fountain. No illegal drug use. No entering the fountain All events must end by 11:30pm Pick up all garbage. All garbage must be placed inside of garbage bags and tied up and moved to the curb. Chair swing has a maximum total weight capacity of 350lbs. Please do NOT exceed this weight. Chair swing has a maximum body capacity of 2- bodies- including children.
