Full-size refrigerator, 2 burners, large bbq, built-in cooler on top of island. Extras to add at your choosing. Great location for a special occasion, work event, yoga class, water aerobics, child or adult** birthday, family gathering, rehearsal dinner or even a small wedding. "wild parties" not welcome. Dog OK but not in pool unless NON-shedding. **YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES. The $35 mandatory cleaning fee is to clean bathroom before you arrive, wipe down all backyard surfaces + set up ping pong/seating area cushions/pool toys/pool & remove/store furniture covers/wipe down refrigerator. This is a large space, so this small fee covers a lot, but DOES NOT cover cleaning up after your visit.**
