About the pool

As one of the few indoor heated pools in the DMV, our space sets itself apart and allows you to enjoy our little piece of summer all year round! In addition to our pool area, we offer access to multiple seating spaces around the property. If you choose, you may also use our grill and/or hot tub, for a very affordable premium flat fee. Enjoy food and refreshments (no alcohol permitted) in our indoor party space, and request use of our 8ft table 24hrs in advance to allow for set-up. Perfect for kids' birthday parties any season, but we welcome folks of all ages because after all, age is naught but a number! Our pool is graduated on either side - our shallow ends are around 2ft deep, and center section slants down to 6ft. Private restroom currently accessible from the side entrance to the main residence. Why travel when you can find your own private oasis, here with us! We look forward to hosting you and your loved ones! Every party host must sign a release form upon arrival.

No diving!!- Shallow on both end. Pool as deep as 6ft max. Minors must be supervised 100% of the time for the full duration of the reservation. Toddlers MUST have flotation vests and swim diapers while in the pool. Due to depth, no infants are allowed. 2hr minimum for weekend bookings (no minimum for weekdays). Latest booking for all days: 8pm. 24/7 security cameras throughout indoor and outdoor spaces. No diving, No glitter allowed and No Pets
