About the pool

Lil Island Resort is your Long Island Caribbean resort vibe with saltwater heated pool, water jets, mood lighting and comfortable seating. The backyard is perfect for quick get away, personal photo shoot and filming a video. Beautifully manicured backyard to have lots of fun and/or relaxation with family and friends. By renting from us you assume all responsibility for yourself and all invited guests during your booking. You agree not to hold homeowner liable and/or responsible for any injury or death that may occur during your booking and/or after your rental. No glass by the pool area. No nudity. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard. No running around the pool area to avoid slipping. MUST CLEAN UP AFTER EVENT. All trash in garbage bins will be provided. We ask that you are respectful of our pool, home and neighbors. If any of the rules are not adhered to, you will be asked to leave. NO REFUNDS. We look forward to hosting you! ☺️
