When you feel like chillin' out by the Fire, just hop on to the other side while enjoying your drink or roasting your s'mores and chatting away with friends and family. Fire up the grill and have a feast in the backyard and dine al fresco!

Heated Pool

If guests want the pool heated during the cold months, it is $170 for 8 hours or $29 per hour and needs to be communicated with the Host ahead of time because it takes about 6.5 to 7 hours to heat up the whole pool.

If Guests want the Hot Tub heated up and the jets turned on, it is $99 for 8 hours or $19 per hour and must inform Host ahead of time as it takes 1.5 to 2 hours to heat up.

Please make sure to completely dry yourself before getting into the house. Please close the screen doors to prevent bugs from coming inside. Please observe Quiet Hours from 10pm till 7am. Do NOT remove pool alarms located on the sliding glass doors. This is for your safety, especially with Guests who have small children
