We will provide a detailed quote after learning about your event (headcount, parking needs, sound/entertainment, catering/bartending plans, start time/end time, etc). INDOOR POOL HOUSE- full bathroom and laundry room OUTDOOR POOLHOUSE- TV, gas fireplace, large gas grill, warming drawer, mini fridge, FULL INDOOR KITCHEN - Thermador fridge, Bosch dishwasher, Monogram range/microwave, GE nugget icemaker. TECH - WiFi will be provided, indoor/outdoor speakers connect to Spotify Premium or Pandora, pool lighting PARTIES- extra 6-ft tables available for staging/catering/etc. Elegant verandah dining available with seating 24+. Red Carpets, stage lighting, smoke machines, confetti cannons, fireworks, and other fun extras are available to put the cherry on top of your event. No smoking anywhere on property (no cigarettes, hookah, etc)
