About the pool

The pool is NOT heated - Feels great at the cooler temp. - or great for a Cold Plunge (lots of health benefits) so consider renting it for the many health benefits and as it gets cooler so does the water (currently at 68 degrees). Consider adding the hot tub and/or sauna for a nice healthy circuit.

P.S. - Photos show rowing machines - this was from a Cross-fit party we had for a rowing event - they are not there as they were just there for that day. :)
