PARKING: Please park on our driveway or on the street. It’s OK to park by the fire hydrant & Mailbox. You are allowed up to 3 cars. Please carpool. It’s a cul de sac. Tight neighborhood.

ENTERING THE RESORT: When facing the house, walk to the backyard using the big double gates on the right side. I may/may not come out and greet you. Please make yourself comfortable.

DELUXE PORTABLE TOILET WITH SINK & SOAP: Located by the entrance / double gates

HANDLING TRASH: A brown trash can by the BBQ grill is available for your use. When done, Please take your trash to the BLACK trash can by the double gates.

POOL RULES & SAFETY: NO GLASS (Plastic cups only) by pool/spa. If any glass bottles, please keep by dining table / grill area.

WATCH YOUR CHILDREN at all times around the pool/spa, even in shallow areas. Please Remember drowning is silent.

LIFE JACKETS: Every person / child that does not know how to swim MUST wear a life jacket

Pool is heated to 80°F for a flat fee for the duration of your reservation. 4 hour reservation required for this amenity. In cold weather, advance notice is needed to heat the pool. It takes 3-4 hours to get the pool from 50°F to 80°F.
