Beautiful yard with salt water pool, lounge area, with many extras available. Friends always say this place is a resort without leaving NJ!. Tiki Bar with slushie machine and Bartender, outdoor kitchen and dining, firepit, tiki torches available for extra fee..Laid-back pool vibes. Pool area only rentals with Parties of 6 or more additional seating is available for extra fee.

Additional rules

Dry yourself before entering the home to use the bathroom. No glass on premises. Parking available on the street. Noise level at a neighbor friendly volume. Misuse of pool floats(i.e. Jumping off diving board with floats or on floats) , is NOT ALLOWED to prevent injuries. Also you MUST clean up after yourself and place trash and recycling in designated areas WITHIN your reservation time frame. Also if you choose to change prior to leaving it MUST BE DONE WITHIN your reservation time frame.
