Well maintained pool with lounges in very nice residential neighbor. We rent out house too. Please inquire . By room or the whole house .
Pool rules :
Please no loud parties with speakers or entertainment systems.
We welcome family with kids . We provide toys for nominal fee . Bathroom can be accessed from pool side without entering house . Pool is open from 9 am till 9 pm every day .

Please no more than 6 people at your party . If food and drinks involved please clean up after yourself and put everything in the bins outside in plastic bags .I can only allow 6 cars to be parked at the property . The rest you can park on the street .
Keep in mind that area around pool is limited . Most of backyard is pool itself as shown on pictures . It’s not a wide open space . There is area outside pool screen that can be used to set up tables .
