About the pool

This is a great place for you and your friends together, host a birthday party, watch a bills game, etc.! Tons of yard space outside of the pool plus many included amenities. Pool is just two years old. Heated to the perfect temperature for you and your guests. Easy private access on 3 acres with privacy all around. 17‘ x 40‘ pool freeform. LED lighting for night swim. No diving as the pool is only 6 1/2 feet deep. Has a great shallow end with benches built-in for kids. If we are home, we can make our bathroom in the house available. If not, there is not a publicly accessible bathroom. A small changing tent can be made available if we are not home. Please check with us in advance. Additionally, we highly discouraged, drinking as it creates a significant liability. Please ensure that you have read through swimplys rules regarding this. Guess who appeared to be intoxicated, or are reported intoxicated will be asked to leave and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and require full payment at any time. NO DIVING AT ANY TIME. We just want to ensure that we can offer this space for many years to come so we are pretty strict about people having a good time responsibly.

Heated Pool

We keep the pool at a comfortable and nice 85°. Always the perfect temperature. Nice LED lighting in the pool, lounge, chairs, four person table with umbrella, additional seating, concrete, propane, gas fire place with Adirondack chairs. pool toys for the kids, life jackets available. everything is free and included except for use of the gas fireplace is $20 to cover propane cost.
