We recently had our pool totally redone we are cleaning up but will be ready for your booking. We are offering an Arcade package for kids/ adults old school games and small putting green. And we have snacks and drinks complimentary on me. Cannot “”””” stress enough we DoNot “”book Booze parties “””” 14 people is our Max allowed we sometimes add to that depending on type of party. Not 60 people drinking. We do allow alcohol for Adults “”. Small fridge next to grill is yours to use, we DoNot”” book young drinking parties and to anyone under 25 ,,, we cater to Family gatherings, small parties and kids birthdays,Period no exceptions unless discussed with the Host ,,, We offer a 2 way radio to contact host. Must read pool rules , no exceptions, swim at your own risk , no lifeguard on duty. Any lost items or clothing you bring is not our responsibility but will certainly return anything you leave behind .Anyone under 18 must be accompanied with an adult. Children under12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool .We do provide a few life jackets but your responsibility No Drugs or alcohol permitted unless specified with host no underage drinking permitted And I’d is required. No exceptions Music and extra amenities handled by the person who books with Swimply only no exceptions. Person booking the pool is responsible for everyone on the property including .. food and beverage clean up, the bathroom, any and all children and adults,,keeping children safe and in good behavior,,, we have Amazon music through Alexa and can only be used through person booking. I’ve added a phone charger for multiple phones on bar ,,, we have a safety kit near phone charger and I’m adding a Ms PAC Man game in same area to and umbrellas can be moved with host approval ,,, Garage and pool equipment , upper deck ,far side of yard is off limits unless approved by host.
