About the pool

Enjoy this large heated pool and swim spa with all-day sun and shade. This outdoor space is huge (approximately .3 acre fenced) Families and friends can play yard games, enjoy the sun and play. The mature landscaping includes massive oak trees, evergreens, camellias, hydrangeas, and rhododendrons. There are lots of comfortable seating areas for 15+ and a fire table to cozy up to. The raised swim spa is undercover in the Secret Garden and has an eye line to the pool. All windows on the west side will be shuttered for your privacy and the indoor changing area has a 1/2 bath with a private entrance. All are welcome here for a rejuvenating sanctuary to enjoy and refresh. LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC friendly. Please reach out if you have any additional questions about amenities or availability. The minimum hourly booking is 3 hours. Dog friendly under 25lbs. Note: Swim Spa is always 80 degrees for swimming. Custom temp for spa up to 102 requires 24-hour notice so we can heat it just right.

Heated Pool

The pool is 27 foot diameter, 54 inches deep, heated, chlorine pool. The pool is mostly sunk into the ground creating a 2-foot safety barrier that helps keep small children and dogs out.

Hot Tub

13 foot by 7 foot heated swim spa, chlorine, gazebo covered with lighting. The swim spa is 48" deep and seats 6-8 adults easily. Swim spa is 80 degrees year-round for swimming. Guests can request spa temp up to 102. For custom temp warmer than 80 degrees contact the host 24 hours prior to visit.

Guest appearance by Bruce

Bruce the pug will come out to say "hi" on request. My kids think he is by far the best amenity on site.

Potluck / BBQ Area

Table with cloth set up for your potluck or BBQ undercover in an alcove. Cooler and outlet will be available. Bring your own ice and have a picnic!

Any adjustments to pool and spa equipment and temperatures must be made by owners. Small dog under 25 lbs. If anyone can not swim, they must wear a safety vest. Light drinking and family-friendly parties. Please towel off before entering a changing area and respect no entry spaces and signage. Have fun and be safe.
