Large 45 yard long (1/2 football field long) grassy lawn - park like setting surrounded by pool, palm trees, landscaping, flowers, and tropical gardens. Certified Wildlife Habitat. Pool heated to 75-85 degrees Depending on outside temperature, Hot Tub Heated to 92-100° per request. Pool refinished with Pebble Plus Luminosity! Easy access from hwy. 101 or 85. Includes access to: bar, 3 TV's, two bathrooms, Four 10x10 Canopies, 7 Tables (already setup), 30+ Chairs, umbrella, chaise lounge, 2 coolers, ice, pool toys. BBQ Grill with charcoal, kitchen, fireplace and den. electrical hookups, pool table, Bluetooth speaker, P.A., dance area. Pet friendly with gated backyard. OK to bring: food, caterer, carry-out.
