Fantastic private heated pool with a diving board and all the toys!! Outdoor living room, 420 friendly , fantastic relaxation and lots of space for your private party! Also includes a beautiful Zen Garden to chill, use of a bathroom.

No lifeguard on premises -No Confetti -No underage drinking or smoking -Under 10yrs, cannot be left unsupervised, ever. -Use trash cans at all times -You must clean up after yourself, leave the space as you found it. Smoking in designated areas only. 420 Friendly-Owner on-site at all times. Any and all gatherings will be terminated if any person is overly intoxicated. I reserve the right to ask anyone to leave at my discretion.
