Heated Pool

pool heat when paid for will be set to 85 degrees Hot tub is heated on demand only when the hot tub is added as an amenity. 100 degrees. Please note hot tub and slide can not be run at the same time but can be interchanged throughout the rental

Hot Tub

Hot tub requires this fee for heat and jets to be turned on for the rental. Hot tub temperature will be between  97° and 100°

Fire Pit

Beautiful stone fireplace. Must bring own wood. Lighter is available Kids must not be left unattended by pool or fireplace. Adults must attend to the fire

30 mins extension

This is for any reservation booked back to back the blocks out a 30 minute buffer time. This is the only way Swimply will cover you as a renter and myself as a pool owner.

Basketball Court

basketball court adjacent to pool can be utilized. Please bring your own equipment.

Need to arrive 45 mins early for set up? Want to add 15 mins for clean up so you don’t cut into party time? This amenity is for you! This protects you and I under the swimply agreement
