Towels

We keep a collection of clean pool towels conveniently located in the ‘Palm House’ for our guests to use as needed. We kindly ask that you leave all used towels on the floor of the ‘Palm House’ upon departure.

Pool Toys

You will have access to several pool floats, including inter tubes, loungers, pool noodles, and beach balls, as well as various diving toys. You are welcome to bring your own pool toys and floats as well! We kindly ask that you do not bring or use any pool toys with hard plastic or sharp edges, as these can easily damage the pool liner.

Gas grill, we’ll maintained, available upon request. Please provide your own grilling tools and other needed items.

Palm Room & Sreened Patio

In addition to plenty or lounging space around the pool and yard, you will have access to our Palm Room and screened in patio. The Palm Room offers a great private changing space, as well as a mini fridge for beverages, and a counter for serving snacks. The mini fridge can be pre-stocked with sodas, waters, juices. The screeded in covered patio offers a great place to take a break from the sun with comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table that seats eight people. There is also a wall mounted TV available.

Outdoor TV

Outdoor wall mounted smart TV located on the screened in patio available for guest use at no additional charge.

Large Cooler with Ice

Large chest style cooler pre-filled with ice for your convenience to keep your drinks and other snacks cold during your stay.

Wifi

Wifi available onsite for you to easily connect for streaming music. Please bring your own speaker. *Please be courteous of our neighbors, being mindful not to play music too loudly.

Stocked Mini Fridge

Don’t want to hassle with bringing your own drinks? We are happy to offer a selection of sodas, bottled water, and juices in our mini fridge located in the Palm Room. Space available to keep your own drinks cool, or if you plan to bring several cases of drinks consider adding on our cooler of ice.
