Pool temps normally 78 - 84 degrees (during summer). We use a cover to keep the pool comfortable during the summer without hearing. +$150 flat fee if additional heating required.

Two (2) hour minimum bookings Music loud enough to enjoy but not disturb neighbors No smoking No glass in or around the pool No peeing in the pool. (Kids can pee in the dirt next to pool) Babies must wear swim diapers No pets (w/out prior permission) Pool closes at 10:15 No lifeguard on duty No heavy drinking. Drink responsibly Use amenities respectfully so we can avoid additional damage or heavy cleaning charges.
