PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY. *Amenities will be discussed and have to be decided on before event so home owners can have everything set up and ready to go. Amenities listed on Swimply are per item (e.g. 1 cooler vs 2). Bill will be settled up day of event before start time MUST BE 30+ TO BOOK. We have a beautiful open layout. Our 20x40 pool has a large sun deck perfect for little ones to play on. The area consists of a 12'x22' pavilion, a few lounge chairs, floats, fire pit area, grass area for kids to play on and more! We love hosting events & want to open our space to others who may enjoy the same. We are located on a dead end which is great for privacy. We have amenities that can be added on as well. We are here to help & answer any questions you may have. We do require a liability waiver to be printed and signed by the date of the event. The waiver will be sent before so booker can approve it so there are no complications and to ensure a good fit. In order to be approved for booking, description of event must be given to host in inquiry. Any amenities selected, must also be paid upfront before event or before start time day of. Most importantly, we ask that you respect our home. Area must be left as found. Hope to help you host your next event.
