Newly built salt water pool with swim up bar, rock waterfall with adult size slide. Plenty of shade. Plenty of new outdoor furniture and seating for large crowds. Lots of fun for all the family. Catering and Bartending available for additional fee.

Big pool inflatable floats

Inflatable floats choose 2 from pineapple, sloth, palm leaf, or tube bed. I didn't want to charge for these, but the ones I had were misused and ruined. This will ensure who ever rents them takes care of them properly & returns them still working/inflated.

Dry yourself before entering house restroom. No jumping off waterfall into pool. Keep noise to a considerate level for neighbors sake. No running or any misuse of amenities. Rules are posted on House glass doors by seating area next too shallow end of pool.
