Enjoy the largest FULLY PRIVATE 18mx9m pool you will ever experience! There is NO POOL this size anywhere in the region just for private use! Situated upon a hill top in gorgeous decidous and native landscaped gardens, the pool is part of of a large holiday home rural property "Orangewood". With wonderful views, it's a lovely spot for a picnic or BBQ with friends and family. Relax on the back verandah in the shade overlooking the pool. Optionally use the webber gas BBQ (additional cost). Undercover table seating for 12 plus occasional seating provided. Plus another smaller outdoor table and seating, stools, basic pool toys and banana lounges included for your use. Electric inflatable air pump available to BYO inflatable pool toys. (We don't provide those, they just don't last long enough or blow out into the paddocks!) Includes easy back door access to a toilet, mini bar fridge and sink available in Laundry/Changeroom. The pool has shallow ends 1m with the middle of pool being deep 2m. And a brand new blue liner installed last year for a spectacular look with a glass pool fence. You are welcome to wander the landscaped gardens and enjoy the various seating to watch the views and birdlife! "Orangewood" is in the southern wine region of Orange at Forest Reefs and about 20 mins from Orange and 15 mins from Blayney or Millthorpe. Plenty of parking for at least 4+ cars. What you need to know: 1. You have complete and private access. The pool is only available when the house hasn't been booked. No guests will be staying when you are there. We might/might not be there cleaning or doing maintenance but we will work around where possible. 2. We do not have instant booking on as availability is too variable.
