ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN HOLIDAY HOUSE IS NOT BOOKED. Weekends are generally unavailable but Sunday afternoons after 1pm are usually free.

Situated upon a hill top in gorgeous decidous and native landscaped gardens, the pool is part of a large holiday home rural property "Orangewood". With wonderful views, it's a lovely spot for a picnic or BBQ with friends and family.
Relax on the back verandah in the shade overlooking the pool. Optionally use the webber gas BBQ (additional cost). Undercover table seating for 10.
Some basic pool toys provided. We do provide an Electric inflatable air pump available to BYO inflatable pool toys.
Includes easy back door access to a toilet, mini bar fridge and sink available in Laundry/Changeroom.
The pool has shallow ends 1m with the middle of pool being deep 2m. And a brand new blue liner installed last year for a spectacular look with a glass pool fence.
You are welcome to wander the landscaped gardens and enjoy the various seating to watch the views and birdlife!
"Orangewood" is in the southern wine region of Orange at Forest Reefs and about 20 mins from Orange and 15 mins from Blayney or Millthorpe. Plenty of parking for at least 4+ cars.
What you need to know:
1. You have complete and private access as no guests will be staying when you are there. We might be there cleaning or doing maintenance and need access to the laundry where toilet is located.
2. We do not have instant booking on as availability is too variable to sync with airbnb. Please enquire for dates.
3. It is not heated except for the solar blankets. Water temp solely depends on weather but its best from Jan to March.
4. BBQ is an additional charge due to the cost of delivering gas bottles here. You MUST clean BBQ on exit.
5. We can't guarantee a resort… style clean pool as we could have winds that blow leaves in etc but it will be safely chlorinated. You can use the provided pool scoops to scoop any leaves out.
6. PLEASE CLEAN table AND TOILET when you leave. Bring wipes. Our fees don't include a cleaner. One booking covers only 1-2 buckets of chlorine for a week due to the massive pool size.

9. You MUST take all your rubbish with you. Although 10c recycle can be left behind in the tubs.
10. Whilst there is a sink in laundry and an old bar fridge, there are NO full kitchen facilities.
11. NO SMOKING anywhere
12. MAX 12 ppl. No parties with those under 40 yrs age unless families. There's only table seating max 12 but we will accept up to 15 to cater for kids. Please enquire.
13. If you move outdoor furniture around you MUST put it back where found. It is the polite thing to do!

All rubbish must be taken away with you and taken home. Our bins aren't emptied regularly enough by council and we need to leave room for the house bookings. You are however welcome to leave 10c recycle items in the tubs.
There is no cleaning charge so you need to clean up after use inc BBQ, just like you would renting a park or public space bbq. We also ask you clean the toilet after use. We provide a toilet brush and toilet cleaner.
