About the pool

Large sun filled backyard and pool. Perfect for family gatherings, birthday celebrations, showers and special events. Space for caterer to set up and dance floor. Yard is almost completely private, surrounded with Oleander trees and high fencing. Pool is solar heated, average temperature in June 84 degrees, high 80's late in summer. Shaded eating area, to enjoy a BBQ, a picnic or have food delivered. Plenty of space to relax in one of five gravity chairs. A gazebo and benches provide additional seating. Convenient outdoor bathroom designated for guests. Please note, shower is NOT for pool guests. Outdoor heaters, 5-burner propane BBQ with side burner, available as a premium amenity. Cooking utensils provided. In the evening the back yard is surrounded with lights. The pool and surrounding space are a gem, tucked away in a residential neighborhood.
