About the pool

20×40 inground pool, cement deck around all 4 sides, wood screenhouse right next to the pool that seats 10. Large picnic table also next to pool and also seats 10.. Fence around all 4 sides. NEW, 2024...WE HAD A NEW TALLER VINYL FENCE INSTALLED FOR MORE PRIVACY. NEW 2025, we had a new 27 ml liner installed in the pool. Firepit that includes the chairs, wood, and grilling sticks for roasting marshmallows, hotdogs, etc, and lg. propane grill with the free use of a grilling fork, spatula and towel, lawn games, and we have free extra tables if needed. Please note: The following is NOT allowed on the premises: Alcohol, Vaping, Smoking, or Marijuana. The extra amenities include the grill and the firepit. $5 ea, flat fee. (Included w the firepit is the wood to burn, and grilling sticks for your use). Bluetooth speaker is free to use while here. Also we have a cornhole game and badminton set free for your use while here. Just let us know if you'd like to use them. Plenty of diving toys, goggles, pool games and inflatables to use when swimming. We hope you enjoy your time here!

No running around the pool deck. No backflips into the pool. Diving from deep end only. Please, no jumping from the pool deck into or on to the the inflatables. We have had to replace some inflatables because of kids doing this. Deep end is 8.5', shallow end is 3.5'. Enjoy your time here and have lots of fun! 7th
