We ask that parties stay inside the pool courtyard (unless they are leaving), no loitering out where neighbors can see, and keep noise down so as not to disturb neighbors, especially after 10pm. No water balloons please, they melt into concrete and clog filter. No smoking. No one under 21 drinking alcohol. You are welcome to decorate inside the courtyard for parties, so long as all decoration stuff are cleaned and gone when party is over.
