Welcome to our fabulous Swimming Pool and Tennis Court oasis! This 1/2 acre, 1964 Hillside, Midcentury Estate is nestled in Friendly Hills, on the Whittier/La Habra border. The landscape is lush and features an abundance of seating. This saltwater pool is 10 feet deep with a diving board, slide, tennis court and a private full bathroom/shower. You’ll be surrounded by over 20 palm trees, lush landscape and full privacy. There are 6 umbrellas and lounge chairs are covered with freshly laundered, 5-star hotel terrycloth lounge covers. Grab a racquet hit some balls on our court which has views to Newport Beach and Catalina. There is a long driveway and there are stairs to the house, pool and tennis court. 3 hour minimum. This is a private home in a quiet community. Music is allowed. However, there is no smoking (anything) and glass is not allowed. Please bring your own towels and sunscreen. We require that guests leave the pool area as it was when they arrived and respect the tranquility of this neighborhood. A cooler is provided. Ice is not. A Bluetooth Speaker is provided.
