About the pool

Come to enjoy an excited, fun, and memorable day in our luxurious pool in desirable Garden City area. This gorgeous layout comes equipped with internet access, changing area, tanning chairs, a grill, three large refrigerators, and pool toys. Use the large backyard to play some outdoor activities such corn hole, soccer, hoola hoop, and enjoy the evening in a cozy outdoor area with fire pits for toasting marshmallow's!! Full backyard renovation September 2022. Host your child's birthday party, baby shower, gender reveal, graduation, mom's 50th celebration, swim practice, work events, work remotely, host a party just because. Family/kid friendly pool/backyard area. We can also provide folding tables and chairs and set the yard up just right for your gathering. I allow decorations for all events to be set up such as balloons. Deck area with gazebo is an additional cost as an amenity. Unwind and enjoy life in the backyard. Have a fun time with friends and family. Adhere to hosts rules.

No pets, no unsupervised children. No running, no diving, gates must be locked at all times. Smoking and drinking alcohol can only be done on the grass area. No glass or there be subject to charge. No littering, no trash on the floor throw out trash right away to prevent heavy cleanup and potential unwelcome guests (bunnies, birds, rats).
