About the pool

Outdoor kitchen/pool Resort with a sink, BBQ grill, bar seating, covered seating along with many options for addition seating. 2 ceiling heaters if needed. Beautiful garden and large lawn area for additional lounging or lawn games. Corn hole game provided. Outdoor bluetooth speaker provided. Our saltwater pool is heated to 84-86 degrees. Many floaties provided. Relaxing chaise chairs. Indoor bathroom provided. TV is not for guest use. Our property is on a flag lot (long driveway down to house) with abundant parking down by house. Come and enjoy this relaxing, quiet, private, fun Happy Oasis.

There MUST be a responsible adult over the age of 21, that is part of reservation party, on the premises at all times. Signature of release of liability waiver required upon arrival. Dry yourself before entering house bathroom. Please be respectful of our neighbors; keep noise, music to a minimum. Park down by house, not on the street. PLEASE, NO party horns, confetti, or balloons. Balloons have ended up in neighbors yard in the past. NO GLASS BOTTLES! Have a great time.
