Table with 6 chairs and umbrella

Hello! We would love for you to utilize our table and 6 chairs with an umbrella. If any stains get on the cushions, we must be notified. We will try to get the stains out ourselves, if we cannot get the stains out, there will be an additional fee charged of $15 to have them cleaned.

Table with 4 chairs and an umbrella

You will have full access to our glass top table and 4 chairs with the umbrella set up and ready for you.

Huge Sitting area with Umbrella

You will have access to a nice large sitting area with 6 seats and a huge open umbrella. We expect all cushions on chairs to stay stain free. If you choose to eat in these chairs, please cover with towel. If there is a stain, it will be the guests responsibility.

Towels

We can provide beach towels for your use. We ask that they be placed on our “Dirty Towel” bucket when you are done.

2 Shade Sitting chairs

Both of these chairs are mostly in the shade and comfy for sitting at the pool. Please be careful when you eat and drink. If you have a spill directly on the chair, please let us know so we can clean immediately. Thanks!

Hot tub

Hot Tub can be added, heated and turned on! Hot Tubs are very hard to maintain bc of the hot water. It is hard to keep the bromine and shock going so it is a premium feature! If selected, you will have full access to the hot tub while you are here.

Basketball Goals

We have 2 basketball goals for your use at our pool. We have some rules tho! PLEASE DO NOT HANG ON THE GOAL - they cannot handle a person hanging a goal. If you break the goal, you will pay for a new one. They are $180 each. Thanks!
