What makes it special

Hot Tub

A beautiful large hot tub with light. Near fire pit. Optional large umbrella can shade guests in the hot tub. Guests in abutting bar seating can easily interact with guests in hot tub. Outside bar area allows bartender to directly serve guests in the hot tub. The hot tub has jets but not a blower.

Heated Pool

I can heat the pool the night before up to 85 degrees.

Swim-Up Pool Bar

Swim up to the pool bar stools and get served a drink from a bartender. You have to supply the bartender and drinks.

Underwater Speakers

Listening to music while underwater is an amazing experience. But I have to be home in order to put it on.

Fire Pit

I have a large fire pit that sits between the pool and the hot tub. But you have to bring your own firewood. Please don't use mine.

Grill

There is a gas grill available for use. I provide propane, but you will have to bring your own grill tools.

Speakers

There are outside speakers, but I have to be home for you to use them.

No loud music. No glass. No standing or sitting on the pool bar or hot tub overhang ledges (i.e., the part of the coping that doesn’t have any support under it).
