About the pool
The Rivas Ranch is located outside the city limits perfect location to enjoy the pool and relax. We offer a fully shaded carport great for small parties or for set up’s! The pool is fully fenced, with chairs and a small canopy, and the range of the depth of the pool is great for all ages. There is a kitchen and grilling area available, with 2 restrooms for guest use. Overall, the property makes a great place for hangouts and small parties with family and friends! Absolutely no food or glass inside the gated pool.
Speakers must be kept at a reasonable volume.
Must keep guest count to the amount on your reservation for liability purposes.
Minimum 3 hour booking.
Must clean up, and leave the place how you found it 30 minutes before reservation ends.
Trash must be picked up and placed together at the end of your reservation.
Clean up/ damaged amenities fee of $75 will apply otherwise.
